Cherry Doll Fitness is run by CSEP certified Personal Trainer, Natasha Dawson. Besides the 1950s, Natasha’s main passion is living a healthy active lifestyle. Cherry Doll Fitness offers the every-gal ( or guy) one on one personal training, consultations, workout plans, and boot camps; Natasha works very hard to create a friendly, fun environment, where clients can learn, feel comfortable, and reach their goals.

Natasha works mainly with the general population, and has a keen interest in strength training, running, and yoga. She truly believes that women need to pick up those weights and stop being afraid of getting bulky! Strength training is the key to weight loss, building healthy, strong bones, and creating a toned body.

Boot Camp

All summer long Cherry Doll Fitness will be holding POP UP BOOT CAMPS! There is a minimum of $10 donation to attend. Keep an eye on social media to know about the next one.

One on One Training

Usually done outside in the summer or at your own house ( if the location is suitable). Each sessions runs for 60 minutes; you will also receive a complimentary consultations. There may be an additional charge for at home training depending on location
